The closest airport to Lake Junaluska is Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), about a 40-minute drive away. Another nearby options is Greenville-Spartanburg (GSP), roughly 60 miles out, but Asheville is the most convenient. Car rentals are available at AVL through major companies like Avis, Budget, Hertz, and Enterprise.
